Dear Sir,

I wish to report an incident of my data being hacked from my iphone having a Vodafone connection with number 9891219936. All my social chats on Viber and Whatsapp have been hacked. I'm just not able to trace how did someone got hold of my data because I never leave my phone unattended and it always remain with me. This hacking had happened around 8-10 days back. I was trying to get in touch with some agency who could help me in tracking the culprit but I could not find any agency like that. I also checked with my service provider if any of my data has been leaked at there end but they said no nothing has been shared from Vodafone.

I received an unusual sms from an 'unknown number' which always remained on top of all the sms's. So I deleted it manually.

Also, on my Viber Conversation window I could see my own number as one of the added conversation. It was then that I got suspicious and deleted that entry from Viber. But now I'm always in a fear that someone is hacking my data and keeping a close eye on my social networking chats.

I am aware that “If anyone is obtaining illegal access to someone’s cell phone, it is considered hacking under the Information and Technology Act."

Request you to please help me and find out the person behind this hacking.

Thank you very much for your cooperation.
Looking forward for a revert.

Regards,
Sachin
